The approval document electronically signed by the executive is automatically recorded as a PDF in the expense approval application form in Dropbox.

A Google spreadsheet that allows you to centrally manage expense data automatically collected from expense record forms (e.g. Jotform or Google Forms) and visualize the status of accumulated expenses by month, item, and person in charge.

Dropbox is a service that allows you to store files on the Internet. You can access them from anywhere, and it is convenient for sharing and backing up data.
