1. Building a regional network
The Uwajima NPO Center regularly conducts exchange activities for citizens and organizations to foster face-to-face relationships in order to learn from the disasters they have experienced and prepare for future disasters. We operate information sharing meetings such as the Ushioni Conference, support citizens in solving their problems, and create an environment for them.

- Collaborative events with various NPO organizations (river cleaning, sea cleaning, etc.)
