-Through this experience, we hope to arouse an interest in disaster prevention and mitigation, and to develop the ability to act calmly in the event of a future Nankai Trough earthquake or other recent disasters, and to develop a sense of crisis and the ability to prepare for them.

- A simple course will be held on how to prevent furniture from falling over, how to use toilets in emergencies, and how to make pillows and paper plates using everyday items to acquire knowledge that will be useful in emergencies.

We took a quiz to find out what to do if furniture is placed incorrectly to prevent it from falling over, and also had the opportunity to experience using the toilet in a disaster.

The participants were divided into two groups and talked about what to put in an emergency preparedness bag, what should be prepared at home, and how the items you need to prepare for different disasters may change slightly, as well as what is good for women to put in an emergency preparedness bag.

We held a number of disaster prevention seminars, including making pillows, cushions, and paper plates from newspapers, and a workshop on disaster prevention bottles. Many of the local people were highly aware of the issue and participated enthusiastically.
