・The event is mainly held by high school students from all over Japan. Starting in 2020, the event will discuss disaster prevention activities at each high school, and what preparations should be made in anticipation of a large-scale disaster that may occur in the near future, connecting disaster-stricken and non-disaster areas and making it a personal issue. This year, we will exhibit at the Kumamoto Disaster Prevention National Team and hold workshops both on-site and online to learn about past disasters. |

This time, we gathered at short notice, so the number of members was somewhat smaller, but we were able to have a very packed discussion in a short amount of time. What will they be presenting at school in preparation for the National Disaster Management Agency International Conference on October 19th? Various discussions were held. The adults discussed with the high school students, thinking hard about the questions the high school students had and the teachers' thoughts, and how they could promote themselves in a short amount of time and make the event relevant to the students.
