7- Overview |
The Kumamoto Disaster Prevention National Team 2024 was held on October 19th and 20th, 2024. BOUSAI Seminar Naru exhibited at a workshop on Saturday, October 19th from 16:30 to 18:00. The number of visitors far exceeded our expectations, and some people had to be turned away due to the full capacity. We ran out of the materials we had prepared, and it was a very lively workshop. Regardless of whether they were adults or students, the discussions were stimulating for each other, and each school presented their efforts. We even had a closing video recording of the Bosai National Team, which made us realize that we are being evaluated even in our third year. This time, we have been able to take advantage of a grant from the Noevir Green Foundation, a public interest incorporated foundation, which has allowed us to carry out truly fulfilling activities. The event was a great success, with high school students from all over the country interacting with each other, and thanks to the National Disaster Prevention Team, a high school in Aomori will also be participating from the next event. At the exchange event, students from different schools were able to interact with each other and naturally bonded with each other, and they seemed to realize the joy of connecting through disaster prevention. We will hold a review meeting and start creating this year's activity booklet. Please look forward to it! |
