7-Overview

We had fun exercising our brains using memory cards and brain training books, which were loaned from the salon by the Uwajima City Social Welfare Council.

Although there were only 5 participants, it was just the right number for playing karuta.

Omoide Karuta is a karuta of nostalgic nursery rhymes and songs. Everyone who participated enjoyed all the songs and sang them beautifully, even if the staff didn't understand the songs.

Karaoke is embarrassing, but everyone can sing nursery rhymes together, and if we held more parties like this, everyone would be able to have a fun time together.

Brain training was difficult even for those of us in our 40s, and most of us got the wrong answers even though we are used to seeing the order of the colors of traffic lights. We also played a game where the name of a color was written as ``Blue'', but the color of the letter was red, and we played a game where the children had to guess the color the letter was painted in, as well as a spot-the-difference game. You can activate your brain by working on it on a regular basis. I also hope that we can take advantage of it and have some time to laugh.
