7-Overview

[Hot water pocha recipe]

Two 6th graders tried out the method of cooking hot water pocha, which is used by the Ehime Prefectural Uwajima Higashi High School Tsushima Branch Home Economics Club, and gave a demonstration to everyone. First, we cooked for about 80 people together with local people, and this time we made potato omelets, which everyone was happy about because they were both delicious and easy to make.

[Catfish school]

School officials saw everyone from children to adults thinking hard, and they were so focused that it was rare to see everyone working so hard. Since it is possible to have fun doing it regardless of age, people will remember what they enjoyed and feel that disaster prevention is fun.

[Toilet in times of disaster]

Since this was a time to think about toilets in times of disaster, we prepared three types of toilets, and used water that looked like urine, newspaper, coagulant, and pet sheets to experience the differences. The students learned about the necessary toilet environment, such as that the biggest problem is the toilet, and how much water should be prepared each day for the toilet. It was an experience that the children enjoyed and were able to remember.
