9-Overview |
At the 1st Kisaiya/Korasse BOUSAI Seminar, high school students discussed their thoughts and ideas after presenting case studies on the causes and damage caused by the July 2018 heavy rain disaster. Uwajima is a natural disaster. Fukushima is a complex disaster of natural and man-made disasters. Let's think about the difference. Opinions were raised that it is difficult to compare the types of disasters and the damage caused by them, but rather than comparing which disaster was worse, there are people who feel the pain in every disaster, and how can we help them? That perspective is important. The next topic of discussion (end of the first round) is what is reconstruction? Think in your own words, such as whether there is a difference between reconstruction and recovery. |
