宇和島の沿岸・離島・地域現場を支える実践部門として、海岸清掃、到達困難地域での支援、重機講習、人材育成を通じて、平時から災害時に動ける地域の力を育てます。
As a hands-on division supporting Uwajima’s coastal areas, islands, and local field sites, we strengthen the community’s capacity to respond in times of disaster by carrying out coastal cleanups, support activities in hard-to-access areas, heavy machinery training, and personnel development during normal times.
Coastal and Shoreline Support
海岸・沿岸支援
海岸・沿岸・離島などでの清掃活動や環境保全活動を通じて、地域の課題を現場で把握し、支援につなげる。
Through cleanup and environmental conservation activities in coastal areas, shorelines, and remote islands, we identify local issues on site and connect them to practical support.
Support in Hard-to-Reach Areas
到達困難地域支援
重機講習や作業訓練を通じて、災害時に初動支援へ参加できる人材を育てる。
Through heavy equipment training and operational drills, we develop personnel who can take part in initial disaster response support.

作業系人材育成
市民団体、災害NPO、行政、漁業関係者、支援基金等と連携し、平時から動けるネットワークを整える。
In collaboration with citizen groups, disaster relief NPOs, government agencies, fisheries stakeholders, and support funds, we build networks that can operate effectively in both normal times and emergencies.

2026.03.01 Heavy Equipment Training Conducted
2026.03.01 重機講習を実施
災害時の初動支援を見据え、実践的な重機講習を実施しました。狭所や不整地での操作、安全確認、作業時の判断力を学び、地域内で動ける支援人材の育成を進めています。
With a view to supporting initial disaster response, we conducted practical heavy equipment training. Participants learned how to operate in confined spaces and uneven terrain, carry out safety checks, and make sound judgments during operations, while we continued developing support personnel who can respond effectively within the local community.

2025.06.28 第5回 海岸清掃 in 戸島
戸島にて海岸清掃活動を実施しました。Clean the Coast ほか関係団体と連携し、漂着ごみや大型ごみの回収を行い、到達困難地域における継続支援の重要性を再確認しました。
A coastal cleanup activity was carried out on Tojima Island. In collaboration with Clean the Coast and other partner organizations, we collected washed-up debris and large waste items, reaffirming the importance of sustained support in hard-to-reach areas.

2025.06.07 第3回 海岸清掃 in 日振島
日振島での海岸清掃を通じて、離島地域での支援活動を行いました。地域団体や関係機関と協力しながら、海岸環境の保全と現場対応力の向上を両立する取り組みを進めています。
Through a coastal cleanup activity on Hiburijima Island, we carried out support efforts in a remote island community. Working together with local organizations and related agencies, we are advancing initiatives that both protect the coastal environment and strengthen on-site response capacity.
