2020.11.08 1st Disaster Prevention Seminar by High School Students:<br> “Kisaiya! BOUSAI Seminar'' held


Disaster prevention forum ``Kisaiya!'' hosted by our center. BOUSAI Seminar - From "the future we want to be" to "the future we want to be" - ' will be held as follows. At this forum, members of the Fukushima Prefectural Fukushima High School and Uwajima Higashi High School disaster prevention teams raised issues based on their own memories of disasters and held discussions with experts.

On the day of the event, measures were taken to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus upon entering the venue.

[Makoto Maeda  teacher】

Born in Nanyo, Ehime Prefecture, to a family of city hall employees.

At Hiroshima Institute of Technology, he learned about heuristic methods as a methodology for getting involved with the local community and reverse inequality theory as a perspective.

Currently, as a regional cooperation coordinator at Ehime University, I am a facilitator of town development activities in various parts of the prefecture, including the town development school Futami, and I also support citizen activities and volunteer activities aimed at solving regional issues, aiming to create a mutual aid-oriented society. Our motto is "support that gives you a push."

[Kazuhiko Amano  teacher】

Born in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture.

Specially appointed professor at Fukushima University Utsukushima Fukushima Future Support Center. Representative director of the Fukushima Collaborative Reconstruction Center, a general incorporated association.

As a teacher at a special needs school, I have been involved in the education of children with disabilities for 15 years.

At the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake, it was said to be the largest in the prefecture.

Served as the head of the Prefectural Office Management Support Team for the Big Palette Fukushima Evacuation Shelter, and since 2012 has been a specially appointed associate professor at the Fukushima University Utsukushima Future Support Center, and has been in his current position since 2017. It provides livelihood support for disaster victims, community formation, support for people in need of assistance, collaboration with volunteer organizations, investigation and research into disaster-related deaths, and on-site support.

[Tetsu Ishibashi  teacher】

Born in northern Wakayama Prefecture as the second son of a part-time farmer, he is a 56-year-old sweets fan who thoroughly reads ``Attack on Titan.''

After working at a Japanese and American financial institution, he joined the Industrial Revitalization Corporation in 2003.

Since 2007, he has been involved in organizational reforms such as the privatization of Japan Post. 2011 National Diet Accident Investigation Commission (National Diet Nuclear Accident Investigation Committee) Assistant for Investigation Supervisor, etc. Using this report as a starting point, he is the representative of the ``Easy to Understand Project'' (edited by the National Diet Accident Investigation Commission), which creates a forum for thinking about social systems across generations.
