The Uwajima Media Lab Regional Club, operated by the Specified Non-profit Organization Uwajima NPO Center, was certified by the Uwajima City Board of Education as a "Uwajima City Certified Regional Club Activity" as of July 6, 2026.
This certification is based on the Uwajima City Regulations on the Certification of Regional Club Activities. The certification notice had no special conditions and indicated a certification period until March 31, 2029.

Starting Point of Certification
Receiving certification is not the goal of our activities, but the starting point for nurturing the club together with the local community. Going forward, we will continue to share information with the junior high schools attended by club members and promote management that allows schools, families, and the community to watch over the growth of participating junior high school students.
Furthermore, we will deepen collaboration with organizations such as Komisuku Ehime General Incorporated Association, local companies, educators, local media, shopping districts, and civic activity groups, creating an environment where junior high school students can encounter diverse adults, jobs, and regional issues outside of school.
The Uwajima NPO Center will proceed with its activities with due consideration for the safety and personal information of participating junior high school students, and in close cooperation with parents, schools, and interviewees.
