7-Overview
On Sunday, June 4th, at the Iwamatsu Community Center in Tsushima Town, we commissioned Kodomo Shokudo Tekuteku to conduct a soup kitchen training as part of an experiential disaster prevention program commissioned by Uwajima City.
Students from Uwajima Higashi High School Tsushima Branch volunteered and the home economics club created hot water potcha recipes for disaster food for the Tsudaka Tsunagi Disaster Prevention Project. Teaching ``cheesecake'' to local elementary school students and preschoolers 🌈
High school students served as instructors and also served as receptionists, making it a very enjoyable soup kitchen training session.
Students from Tsushima Junior High School volunteered to help with Teku Teku's curry, and they also learned how to cook rice in a hot water bath, and they talked about it with pride✨
We borrowed a large pot from people in the Takada area and had some very encouraging local contributors help us 🤩
 Curry is also sold out💖
If there is anything we can do, we would like to do something to create a town where children can help operate evacuation centers in preparation for the Nankai Trough mega-earthquake that is likely to occur in the future.
