The 2nd Uwajima NPO Festival

・To raise awareness of the activities of NPOs registered in Uwajima City and to build relationships that enable collaboration and cooperation between NPOs. The aim is also to invite organizations that were unable to participate last year to participate, and to carry out activities that are expected to have a synergistic effect between organizations, aiming for new exchanges and connections.

The second Uwajima NPO Festival, a gathering of NPOs registered in Uwajima City, was held on December 10, 2023. Many newly registered organizations also exhibited this time, and 20 organizations introduced their activities in the Uwajima Shopping District.

The NPO Festival is an event that aims to raise awareness of the activities of organizations and build relationships that enable collaboration and cooperation between NPO organizations.

As of December 4, 2023, 74 organizations are registered.

This year, there was a collaboration with the Uwajima Shopping Street, and the prizes for the stamp rally were from the stores in the shopping street, as well as pearls, sea bream rice sets, kamaboko (fish cake), and mandarin oranges, making for a very satisfying event.

We also installed two toilet cars from Uwajima City and were able to borrow toilets from stores in the shopping district, which helped us come up with some creative solutions to the issues we faced last time.

We had NPOs visit each other's booths to encourage collaboration and to further enrich their horizontal connections and activities. It was interesting to see how each organization introduced their activities.
