When we conducted a survey asking whether we should decide on a theme like last time or listen to people's concerns on a free-for-all basis, many respondents said they would like to resolve their concerns without deciding on a theme. As comments from participants -The explanation was easy to understand ・I didn't know how much I was paying per month, so I was relieved to know the monthly fee.
