7-Overview |
Lecturer: Seiko Toda, Saijo City Citizen Activities Support Center Why do you want to apply for a grant? Do we really need subsidies? ZOOM, YouTube was used as a place to solve various problems for each organization, such as those who want to hold an event but do not have the funds, but it is difficult to apply, and even if they apply, they cannot get the event . It was held simultaneously. The purpose is to learn how to raise funds and the process of creating an application form. I learned that it is important to organize the content you want to apply for, think about the issues and background, what the objectives and effects of the project will be, and write down the content, methods, and budget at the end. When matching with a grant, carefully read the target field, target organization, period, amount, and requirements to understand the grant source's intentions. In order to select organizations with which they can work together, grant sources do not write about their thoughts and passions so as not to deviate from their goals, but they also make sure that the results are clear to third parties, and that the judges do not know them. It is important to write clearly and concisely, as this is not a specialized topic. I myself am not used to writing application forms, so I sometimes made mistakes in the procedure. Several people from each organization asked questions, and we learned how difficult it is to settle accounts, as they have not been able to use their grants due to the coronavirus. We would like to take on the challenge of applying for grants that match our needs. |
