平成30年7月豪雨（西日本豪雨）で多くの被害と犠牲者を出した愛媛県宇和島市で開催される防災体験型イベントと地域防災情報提供サイトです。

This is a disaster preparedness experience–based event and regional information platform held in Uwajima City, Ehime Prefecture, which suffered significant damage and loss of life during the July 2018 heavy rainfall disaster (Western Japan Heavy Rain).

「大規模災害」という事象でつながった高校生が、各地域で起こった災害、被災経験を交え、次のXデーに向けて地域社会を作っていくために「地域とは」「命とは」「つながりとは」について話し合うイベントです。

It is an event where high school students, brought together through the experience of large-scale disasters, share stories of disasters and recovery in their own regions and discuss what community, life, and connection mean as they work toward building resilient societies in preparation for the next X-day.

宇和島NPOセンターは、宇和島市内で活動する各団体や市民の皆さんの活動を支援することで、地域の「自助・共助」の力を向上させ、協働を実現していきます。

The Uwajima NPO Center supports the activities of local organizations and citizens in Uwajima City, strengthening the community’s capacity for self-help and mutual support and fostering meaningful collaboration.
