Uwajima’s Voice to the World.
うわじま・メディアラボは、宇和島市在住の中高生や宇和島出身の大学生が、地域課題を取材し、日本語と英語によるブログ、FMラジオ、YouTubeで発信しながら、地域課題の見える化と担い手育成を進める実践型プロジェクトです。地域の今を記録し、声でつなぎ、人と地域の新しい接点を育てていきます。
Uwajima Media Lab is a practical project in which local middle and high school students, together with university students from Uwajima, investigate community issues and share them through bilingual blogs, FM radio, and YouTube. It helps make local issues more visible, nurtures future leaders, and creates new connections between people and the community.

まちかど放送局（仮称）とは？
まちかど放送局（仮称）は、地域の今を記録し、若者の発信活動を通じて人と地域をつないでいく実践的なメディア拠点です。音声発信、YouTube記録、英語活用などを通じて、地域の日常や課題を見える化し、新しい参加の入口を育てていきます。
※現在は構想・調整段階にある取り組みです。
The Machikado Broadcasting Station (tentative name) is a practical media hub that records community life and connects people through youth-led communication. Through audio, YouTube, and English, it makes local stories and issues more visible.
This initiative is currently in the planning stage.

今後の展開
うわじま・メディアラボは、若者参加と地域発信を通じて中間支援機能を補強する実践部門です。今後は、取材・記録・発信による地域課題の見える化と、多様な主体をつなぐ発信基盤づくりを進めます。
