うわじま防災BOX ＆ 交通安全フェア 開催！

～クルマとくらしの「もしも」にそなえる１日～

宇和島の未来を守るための大切な一日がやってきます！2025年9月28日（日）、宇和島市役所津島支所裏駐車場と岩松公民館にて 「うわじま防災BOX」と「交通安全フェア」が同時開催されます。時間は 10:00～14:00。家族みんなで楽しく防災と交通安全を学べる体験型イベントです。

防災を「体験」して学ぶ

• 避難所の食事体験（11:30～）
• 応急処置体験（日本赤十字社愛媛県支部）
• 災害食づくり（ポリ袋調理・試食、防災クイズ）
• 段ボールベッド組み立て、避難チャレンジゲーム
• 災害用伝言板171の体験
• 平成30年西日本豪雨や能登半島地震のパネル展示

さらに、ブースをまわってアイテムを集めると「防災ボトル」が完成！出来上がったボトルはプレゼントされます。

交通安全も楽しく学べる

• 自転車シミュレーターや運転診断
• 夜間視認性体験（反射材の大切さを学べます）
• 電動モビリティ試乗や先進安全装備車の体験
• 交通安全教育車や手作り反射材コーナー

そして、愛媛県イメージアップキャラクター「みきゃん」や「ダークみきゃん」も遊びに来てくれます！
子どもたちも大喜び間違いなしです。

A special day for learning, experiencing, and connecting with the community is coming to Uwajima!
On Sunday, September 28, 2025, the Uwajima City Tsushima Branch Office parking area and Iwamatsu Community Center will host two major events:
“Uwajima Disaster Preparedness BOX” and the “Traffic Safety Fair.”
Both events run from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering hands-on activities where families can learn about disaster prevention and traffic safety in fun and engaging ways.

🧭 Learn Disaster Preparedness Through Experience

• Experience meals served at evacuation shelters (from 11:30 AM)
• First-aid training (by Japanese Red Cross Society Ehime Branch)
• Cooking with plastic bags & tasting emergency food (Uwajima Higashi High School)
• Cardboard bed assembly and evacuation challenge games
• “171 Disaster Message Board” demonstration
• Photo panel exhibitions on the 2018 Heavy Rain Disaster and the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.

Visitors can also collect items from various booths to complete their original “Disaster Preparedness Bottle.”
Once completed, the bottle will be given as a gift to take home!

• Bicycle simulator & driving ability diagnostics
• Night visibility experience to learn the importance of reflective materials
• Electric mobility test rides and advanced driver assistance demonstrations
