2026.3.23 茶話会を開催しました。
宇和島NPOセンター宇和島NPOセンターでは、令和7年度最後の茶話会を開催しました。今回は、引きこもりがちになりやすい高齢者の皆さんにとって、外出のきっかけとなる時間をつくることを目的に実施しました。

今回の茶話会について
今回の茶話会では、宇和島市社会福祉協議会から車両をお借りし、高齢者8名とセンタースタッフ2名で外出しました。昼食から始まり、春の景色も感じながら、自然に触れられる場所へ向かいました。
予定していた場所では、桜の様子が期待していたものとは少し異なっていましたが、その分、移動の時間そのものが豊かな対話の場となりました。車内では「健康でいること」を一つのテーマに、日頃の困りごとやこれから不安に感じることを出し合いながら、地域の中で支え合っていくことの大切さを改めて確認しました。

For this gathering, the Uwajima NPO Center borrowed a vehicle from the Uwajima Council of Social Welfare and went on an outing with eight senior participants and two staff members. After lunch, the group headed to a place where they could enjoy nature and the atmosphere of early spring.
Although the cherry blossoms were not quite as expected, the travel time itself became a valuable opportunity for conversation. Inside the vehicle, the group discussed the importance of staying healthy, shared everyday concerns and future worries, and once again reflected on the value of supporting one another within the community.

車内で広がった会話
会話の中では、詐欺や人を惑わせる広告への注意など、暮らしを守るうえで身近な話題も取り上げられました。10人での移動は自然とにぎやかになり、それぞれが抱える悩みや不安にも共通点が多いことが見えてきました。
話が弾むことで移動時間はあっという間に感じられ、一人で家にいるよりも、誰かと一緒に出かけ、話し、笑うことの大切さを改めて感じる時間となりました。

During the ride, the conversation also touched on familiar and practical concerns, such as fraud prevention and misleading advertisements. With ten people traveling together, the atmosphere naturally became lively, and it became clear that many participants shared similar worries and concerns.

外出支援の大切さを実感
車の運転を控えるようになると、遠出をする機会はどうしても少なくなります。そのため、今回のように外出や買い物を兼ねた機会は、とても喜んでいただけました。
一つの話題から別の話題へと自然に会話が広がることで、普段なかなか表に出にくい悩みや思い、不満なども少しずつ聞こえてきます。時にはまったく別の話題が突然出てきて、そのことが場を和ませることもありました。改めて、笑うこと、話すこと、外に出ることの大切さを感じる一日となりました。

When people begin to refrain from driving, opportunities to go out for longer distances naturally become fewer. For that reason, an outing like this, sometimes combined with shopping or a change of scenery, was greatly appreciated by the participants.
As one topic led naturally to another, concerns, frustrations, and personal thoughts that do not usually come out in daily life began to surface little by little. Sometimes an unexpected topic would appear and bring a sense of humor to the group. It was a day that once again reminded everyone of the importance of laughing, talking, and going out.

おわりに
宇和島NPOセンターでは、これからも地域の皆さんが無理なく集い、安心して話し合い、互いに支え合える場づくりを大切にしていきます。日々の暮らしの中に、小さくても前向きな外出や交流の機会を重ねていけるよう、今後も活動を続けてまいります。
