■ 活動概要
9月7日午前8時15分、宇和島市大浦地区に大雨による土砂災害警戒情報が発令され、避難指示が出されました。その後8時30分に南海トラフ地震が発生。地盤の緩みによる建物倒壊や土砂災害、孤立集落の発生など複合災害を想定した訓練が実施されました。

- 自衛隊・警察・消防による救出救護訓練
- NPO・ボランティアによる連携訓練
- ライフライン復旧訓練
- 身元確認訓練・緊急通行車両の標章交付訓練

■ Summary
At 8:15 AM on September 7, an evacuation order was issued in Uwajima's Ōura district due to a heavy rainfall-induced landslide warning. Shortly after, a major Nankai Trough earthquake occurred. The training simulated complex disasters including collapsed buildings, isolated communities, and infrastructure disruption.
■ Drill Activities
- Rescue operations by the Self-Defense Forces, police, and fire departments
- Coordination exercises with NPOs and volunteer organizations
- Training for infrastructure recovery
- Body identification and emergency vehicle permit issuance
